the passing of David Britton late last year coupled with the arrival of covid bucks sent me chipping away at the Lord Horror universe of comics and novels and this truly unusual book on CD edition of the daddy of all. colorfully gruesome acts loathsome transcendence relayed with the gentle southern cadence of a 1960 pop icon. compared to the current locales of our wild country's collective idea space, David Britton's id is simply de-vine.
really like that i'm hearing more newer hardcore bands opt for the raw meaty sound as opposed to the sonic equivalent of rheum-glitter that smothered the life out of the genre in the late 00s.
